U.S. Masters Swimming Coach Scott Bay is an ASCA Level 4 coach. He has been an active coach for more than 20 years. He runs three practices at the Port Orange and Ormond Beach YMCAs, and at Daytona State College. Daytona Beach Masters is affiliated with Daytona Beach Speed, the home team of Ryan Lochte.
