
Steve Hall
Director, Club Development
Steve is the Director of Club Development, in which he focuses on supporting new and existing USMS registered clubs and workout groups in their growth efforts and how to navigate everyday challenges that may present themselves to our clubs, workout groups, and coaches.
Steve has been involved with the sport of swimming for most of his life. At Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he was team captain of the men’s swimming & diving team, conference champion, and an NCAA national championship qualifier.
After college he entered the swimming industry professionally, where he coached a USA Swimming program in Albany, New York as a full-time coach. His coaching duties extended beyond the deck, where he gained administrative and marketing experience at both the club and regional levels. Steve has served several volunteer roles at the LSC and Zone level within USA Swimming and was selected to be a coach on staff for multiple USA Swimming Select Camps.
Steve enjoys using his passion for the sport and professional experience to promote positive experiences for our members and coaches.
A native of upstate New York, he graduated from RPI with a Bachelor of Science in electronic media, arts, and communication with a concentration in marketing and graphics.
Steve currently resides in St. Petersburg, FL.
