2025 USMS Spring Nationals Update #3

We can't wait to see you in San Antonio next week! Please carefully review this email to ensure a wonderful experience.

Prior to jumping in the pool, swimmers MUST complete this form before you register at the meet.

The estimated timeline, heat sheets (pre-seeded events), and psych sheets (deck-seeded event) have been published. Timeline notes:

Each day will start with a warm-up session from 6:30-7:50 a.m. and competition at 8:00 a.m.
There will be a short (5-minute) break following the individual event prior to the start of the relays on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This will allow officials and relays to get organized.
The competition pool will be open for warm-up on Wednesday, April 23 from 2:00-6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 24 from the end of competition through 5:00 p.m., and Friday-Sunday, April 25-27 for 30 minutes following the end of competition.

Live Coverage Information

Spring Nationals coverage, including a livestream, results, and record updates will be available throughout the meet. Tell your crew to follow along!

If you’re planning on photographing, videoing, or conducting interviews with participants for any media outlet or commercial entity, please review our Media Pass Request information and email Publications if you have additional questions. Please note: Cameras and recording devices in the pool and drones are prohibited at the event, except use by preauthorized USMS staff or contractors.

Parking and Team Tents

Daily $10 parking passes are now available online through Northside's ticketing portal. A QR code will be available on-site for purchase with credit card. The facility does not accept cash.

Weekly parking passes that were previously purchased will be available for pickup as you enter the main parking lot.

Volunteers & Coaches

Volunteers are still needed for the meet! The meet cannot run without the support of everyone on deck, especially timers. Every volunteer will receive a t-shirt and event color-themed cowboy hat!

The Coaches Committee assigns Coach on Deck positions each day of the meet as a service to all meet participants. These coaches will receive a hospitality pass for the day(s) in which they are assigned to this duty.

Massage Information

Hand and Stone Massage & Facial will be returning to the deck for Spring Nationals. Reservations are open and licensed massage therapists are waiting to assist you, so reserve your spot now! This year, Hand and Stone has upped its game, offering upgraded therapies including cupping, percussion gun, and menthol soothing massages.
