Central Ohio Aquatics Sharks
Central Ohio Aquatics Sharks (COAS) is a U.S. Masters Swim Team located near downtown Columbus. We provide an early-morning fitness program for adult swimmers of all levels who wish to enhance their life, health, and athletic performance through aquatic physical conditioning.
Practice Information
Monday-Friday: 5:45-6:45am at St. Charles (short course)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00-11:45am at Northland Swim Club (long course)
Saturdays: 7:00-8:30am at St. Charles (short course)

USMS Certified Coaches
