Here's the list of high priority swimmers by LMSC. And, don't forget these officers & recipients of awards for whom we have no story. (They are not listed in the lists by zone or LMSC unless they made All-American.)

We have very important new news. Preston Levi, Director of the Henning Library at the International Swimming Hall of Fame, reports that all of our physical archives are now organized in filing cabinets and placed in a special section of the library that is devoted to us. Current priority is to see that all this material is catalogued in a manner that meets Preston's professional standards.

Another big project this year will be to create a database of annotation for our 3000 photos. We don't have the legal right to put the images on the web, so we'll put them on a CD along with software for adding notation. Volunteers will leaf thru the pages typing in annotation from the magazine. Retrieval of photos and annotation will be by normal database methods. As we find needs to use certain of the photos in publications or on the web, the database will have information on how we can contact the photographer for permission.

It looks like another busy year. I hope it will be fun. We look forward to working with you.
