Backup & Security Groundrules
Backup and security need to be agreed upon (and understood) at various levels.
- Database(s) in computer format(s)
- Current work - in Carl's computer which is backed up many times a day & stored in his office.
- Offsite backup - several times a week a backup is placed at an off-site location in Boca Raton.
- Dispersed backup - a CD of everything was sent to Jim Matysek & Pieter Cath in July,'01.,
new policy says send CD to ISHOF, Tracy and Barbara.

This does not deal with all the issues of backup and security. For example,
- How easy is it for someone else to pick up work from the people currently doing the work.
