An effort is underway to identify the major resource documents and files of USMS and where they are located. This does not involve changing their location, as in many cases these materials are the property of the person holding them. But it is important to find out where these materials are available if they are needed, and at some point we may wish to engage the issue of how they should be preserved. Some of this information is rendundant with the USMS Site, particularly Appendix F of the Rule Book. People participating at this point include June Krauser (JK), Preston & Rita Levi (ISHOF), Meegan Wilson (MW), Esther Lyman (EL), Frank Thompson (FT), Tracy Grilli (USMS), Dot Donnelly (DD) and Carl House (CH).
