Lap Swim / Workout Times: Oct 1 to Memorial Day: 11:00 to noon M-F and noon to 1:30 Sat-Sun: We welcome newcomers. But because DOC has limited space, the requirement is that all swimmers be able to keep up with the intervals. Lanes are organized according to interval time
