Scott Rabalais
Vice President
United States Masters Swimming, Inc.

Scott Rabalais is the head coach for the Savannah (Ga.) College of Art and Design men's and women's swim teams. He also is head coach for the Savannah Masters swim team and serves as vice president and Webmaster for the Savannah Coastal Swim League.
