Patricia Tullman received the Dorothy Donnelly USMS Service Award in 2006: Patricia has served as the Registrar for the Florida LMSC for fours years. She has put significant time and effort into the addition of the national permanent ID and updates the registrar procedures and programs. She has always been patient and understanding in her dealings with 1460 USMS members and 34 different USMS clubs.
