Geared towards competitive and serious recreational swimmers it consists of 4 simultaneous events: individual events of 1, 2.25 and 3.5 miles, and a 3.5 mile relay. There is also an "assisted" category where fins, masks and/or snorkels are allowed to make the event more inclusive. |
