| Description: | 2nd event in the Colin's Hope Got2Swim open water swim series. It is on July 1 in Lake Austin. Swim start is under the 360 bridge & finishes at the Walsh Boat Landing. Each swimmer is required to have a kayak water guardian and relay teams must serve as the kayak water guardian for each other when it is not their turn to swim. Kayak water guardians are REQUIRED to wear a U.S Coast Guard approved life jacket at all times when in the boat. This is a pledge raising event for Colin's Hope. |
