Julie has been a leader of Pacific Masters Swimming for years.  She has served as Chair of the LMSC Swim committee, running the meetings with efficiency and inclusion.  Julie introduced new concepts and inspired other to be creative as well.  She introduced the Guide to Operations, the Meet Operations Guide, and the Open Water Handbook, bringing many people together for these projects.  She has been active on the USMS level as Chair of the Recognition and Awards Committee and served as Zone Chair and on the USMS Development Committee.
