Helpful Hints

The web document that you requested was not found on our server:

Please check your input and try again. If you got here by following a link from another site, please notify that site's webmaster of the error.

Why isn't the document found at this web site? Below are some of the most common causes of not finding the document you requested:

  • Capitalization: Almost all file names on our server are entirely lower case, and capitalization is significant on our server. For example, if you are looking for a file called INDEX.PHP, try typing index.php instead. Occasionally, an Adobe Acrobat file (PDF) file on our server will use a mixed-case file name, but this is rare and file names are never entirely capitals.
  • Spaces: There are NO spaces in any file names on our server. For example, if you are looking for a file called "places to swim.php", try placestoswim.php instead.
  • File Name Extensions: A variety of file name extensions are used for different files on our server. Never assume that a file extension will be .htm, .html, .shtml, .pl, .cgi, .php, .php3, .pdf or anything else. All of these file name extensions are used for various reasons throughout the site. If someone tells you about a page that you can't find, check the reference again to make sure you've tried the correct file name extension.
  • Punctuation at End of File Name: No files on our server have file names that end with any punctuation marks (,.:; etc.). Sometimes when your email client highlights a link in an email message, it incorrectly includes a punctuation mark from the sentence in the email message.
